Molkit is a free, browser-based tool for drawing chemical structures, reaction mechanisms, and animated chemistry diagrams. It runs in your browser with no install, no account, and no server-side dependencies for the core editor.

This site is the user-facing reference for every tool, panel, dialog, and keyboard shortcut. Use the sidebar to find what you need, or use search (press / to focus the search box).
